“A lot of thoughts went through my mind when I am trying to write this testimonial in respect of me and Westy my ’son’ a West Highland Terrier.
I first got Westy when I turned 32 and he was my first dog. So you can imagine the stress I have when I first brought Westy back home. With all the items I bought from the shop, shampoo, comb, toothbrush, wipes, pee pan etc.. The list goes on. So I thought I was well equipped. I don’t even know how to shower Westy, what kind of food he should take since he has a digestive problem, which resulted in a skin problem later on…
Eventually one of my close friend recommended Marcus to me. With his help I manage to fully understand how is Westy affected by his digestive and skin condition.
I started sending Westy to Marcus’ place for grooming, spa, daycare and hotel stay. I believe in the products he advised me to consider and I must say it is the trust I have in him and his team that gives me peace of mind when I send Westy to them.
I can’t help but stress that the spa provided at Petopia has tremendously improved Westy’s skin. I remember an occasion when Westy’s skin experienced an extremely bad breakout, with nasty pimple-like spots appearing all over his body…and Westy feeling exasperated with all the discomfort. Marcus knows Westy’s condition well and he managed to take control…needless to say Westy’s skin has never looked better. From the pictures taken during his spa sessions, I can see that Westy is really enjoying himself throughout the whole process.
Oscar (one of the mascots at Petopia) is Westy first friend and best friend. Whenever Westy is about to be sent to Petopia, I just have to say ‘you are going to see Oscar’ and you could see the joy in his eyes.
Previously I remember I was away for almost a month and had to send Westy for hotel stay. Despite the length of stay, I must say the web cam system was the best thing that ever happened. I could see Westy in the play zone and at night when he goes to sleep. And knowing Marcus’ perfectionist streak and his team’s dedication, I know I don’t have to worry a bit. I know Westy is in good hands.
Going forward I will continue to support Marcus and his team. Keep up the good job guys!”
